# Chimera Online — Lapse and Curved Mountain Equipment Guide

## Overview

Lapse and Curved Mountain continue the Cap 80 equipment progression after the complete Red Valley armor route.

The previous equipment guide ends with **Level 75+S Armor of Eternity**. Although the item tier is named Level 75+S, it requires character Level 80 and was the former Cap 80 endgear.

Lapse extends that permanent armor line into the new Level 80 armor. Players do not need to abandon their completed Red Valley set: the former endgear can be converted into the new tier with an **Enhanced Level 7 Order Stone**.

Curved Mountain supports this progression with Level 70 rare weapons, Level 7 Elda Stones, Raw Elda Stone Level 7, enhanced accessories, and materials for Level 8 Order Stones.

Energy and Mastery rewards and exact drop rates are omitted.

# 1. Starting Point — Previous Cap 80 Endgear

The complete Red Valley route produces one of six Armor of Eternity sets.

# 2. Converting the Previous Endgear

Each Lapse boss can drop an Enhanced Level 7 Order Stone.

A complete four-piece conversion therefore requires:

The new Level 80 armor can also drop directly from the Lapse bosses. This gives two progression routes:

1. Convert the previous Level 75+S Armor of Eternity.
2. Obtain new Level 80 pieces directly from Lapse.

Direct drops can fill missing slots, but the previous endgear remains part of the permanent progression chain.

# 3. Enhancing the New Level 80 Armor

After obtaining the new armor, further enhancement uses:

- **Level 8 Order Stones**

## Overview

Lapse is the main destination for the new Level 80 equipment tier.

Its four bosses are:

- Mahatera
- Avrill
- Bis XP 900
- Biskajellion

Each boss drops one piece of the new Level 80 armor and can also drop an Enhanced Level 7 Order Stone.

These weapons are strong alternatives while progressing toward the Lapse weapon tiers.

With a nine-level hit range, Level 80 players can attack monsters up to Level 89. The Level 83 and Level 87 weapon sources are therefore available during Cap 80.

Biskajellion can drop the **Hat of Honor**.

It enhances through the complete Order Stone range:

- Level 1 Order Stone
- Level 2 Order Stone
- Level 3 Order Stone
- Level 4 Order Stone
- Level 5 Order Stone
- Level 6 Order Stone
- Level 7 Order Stone
- Level 8 Order Stone

Lower-level Order Stones therefore remain useful even after reaching the new armor tier.

# 7. Curved Mountain

## Cap 80 Role

Curved Mountain supports the Lapse progression rather than replacing it as the final armor destination.

Important Cap 80 rewards include:

- Level 70 rare nation weapons
- Level 7 Plain Elda Stones
- Raw Elda Stone Level 7
- Gems and crafting materials
- Level 8 Order Stone materials
- Enhanced gold accessories
- Poison-protection accessories

- Powerful Gold Ring +7
- Powerful Gold Ring +8
- Ring of Poison Protection
- Gold Ring of Vitality +7 or +8
- Gold Ring of DEX +7 or +8

## Rain Accessories

- Powerful Gold Necklace +7
- Powerful Gold Necklace +8
- Necklace of Poison Protection
- Gold Necklace of Intelligence +7 or +8
- Gold Necklace of DEX +7 or +8

These are sidegrades or situational upgrades. Compare them with existing endgame accessories before replacing anything.

# 8. Raw Elda and Infused Items

## Direct Cap 80 Drops

During Cap 80:

- **Raw Elda Stone Level 7 is the maximum direct Raw Elda drop.**
- Raw Elda Stone Levels 8 and 9 do not drop directly.

Curved Mountain can directly provide:

- Level 7 Plain Elda Stones
- Raw Elda Stone Level 7

## Level 8 Infused Equipment

Level 80+ monsters can generate equipment already infused with:

- **Raw Elda Stone Level 8**

This is different from a direct standalone drop.

Raw Level 8 can be extracted from such equipment with a **Black Elda Stone**.

Later Curved Mountain progression includes:

- Direct Raw Elda Stone Level 8
- Direct Raw Elda Stone Level 9
- Oriharcon
- Level 91 and Level 95 weapon mobs

These are not direct Cap 80 drops.

# 9. Recommended Progression Order

## Armor

1. Complete the Red Valley route at Level 75+S.
2. Keep all four Armor of Eternity pieces.
3. Farm all four Lapse bosses.
4. Collect Enhanced Level 7 Order Stones.
5. Convert each 75+S piece into the new Level 80 armor.
6. Use direct boss drops to fill missing slots.
7. Gather Level 8 Order Stone materials.
8. Enhance the new armor with Level 8 Order Stones.

## Weapons

1. Continue using the best existing Level 75 weapon.
2. Consider a Curved Mountain Level 70 rare weapon if useful.
3. Farm Bis XP 900 for Level 75 weapons.
4. Farm Biskajellion for the Level 80 weapon.
5. Enhance weapons with Level 7 and Level 8 Order Stones.

## Elda Stones

1. Farm Curved Mountain for direct Raw Level 7 and Plain Level 7 stones.
2. Inspect Level 80+ equipment for infused Raw Level 8.
3. Extract valuable Raw Level 8 stones with Black Elda Stones.
4. Farm Lapse for Level 7–10 Elda Stones.

> Do not discard the former Level 75+S endgear. It remains part of the permanent armor chain and converts directly into the new Level 80 armor.
