# Chimera Online Weapon Guide — Level 1 to 80

This guide explains the normal weapon progression available during the Level 80 era of Chimera Online. It covers quest weapons, enhancement stages, level-transition weapons, Lapse boss drops, weapon families, and the creation of Level 1–8 Weapon Order Stones.

> **Important:** Weapon progression is organized by the weapon's actual usage level. Quest acceptance levels can differ from the level of the awarded weapon.

---

## 1. Weapon Enhancement Basics

Normal weapons can appear in several enhancement stages:

`Base → +1 → +2 → +3 → +4 → +5 → +6 → +7 → +8 → +9 → S`

Not every weapon level uses every stage. Lower-level quest weapons are awarded already enhanced, while later weapons may require manual enhancement or an Order Stone transition.

### Enhancement terminology

- **Base:** The unenhanced version of a weapon.
- **+1 to +9:** Normal enhancement stages.
- **S:** The final standard enhancement stage of that weapon.
- **Order Stone:** A special stone used for certain weapon-level transitions after the previous weapon has reached the required stage.
- **Elrun Stone:** The internal item name used for Weapon Order Stones.
- **Dilrun Stone:** The corresponding Armor Order Stone and not part of this weapon guide.

Enhancing a weapon is an investment. Quest rewards reduce that investment by providing weapons at strong starting stages.

## 2. Recommended Weapon Progression

| Weapon level | Recommended acquisition | Starting stage | Progression note |
|---:|---|:---:|---|
| 1 | Starting equipment | Base | Temporary tutorial weapon. |
| 10 | Nation questline | +3 | First proper class weapon. |
| 15 | Nation questline | +3 | Replaces the Level 10 weapon. |
| 20 | Nation questline | +3 | Awarded through the continuing class questline. |
| 25 | Nation questline | +3 | Final pre-class-change quest weapon. |
| 30 | Level 28 weapon quest series | S | The quest series also provides the later Level 35, 40, and 45 weapons. |
| 35 | Level 28 weapon quest series | S | Keep following the same weapon-reward series. |
| 40 | Level 28 weapon quest series | S | Already fully enhanced. |
| 45 | Level 28 weapon quest series | S | Final weapon from the Level 30–45 quest series. |
| 55 | Nation quest | S | Strong ready-to-use quest weapon. |
| 60 | Nation quest | S | Strong ready-to-use quest weapon. |
| 70 | High-level nation quest | +5 | Main bridge into the Level 70–80 endgame route. |
| 75 | Enhance Level 70 after S, or Bis XP 900 drop | Varies | Level 70 must first reach S before it can be converted into a Level 75 weapon. |
| 80 | Biskajellion drop | Varies | Obtained directly from the Lapse boss. |

### Condensed route

`Lv10 +3 → Lv15 +3 → Lv20 +3 → Lv25 +3 → Lv30 S → Lv35 S → Lv40 S → Lv45 S → Lv55 S → Lv60 S → Lv70 +5 → Lv70 S → Lv75 → Lv75 S → Lv80`

---

## 3. Level 10–25 Quest Weapons

The early nation questlines provide class-appropriate weapons already enhanced to **+3**.

| Weapon level | Quest availability | Reward stage |
|---:|---:|:---:|
| 10 | Around character Level 12 | +3 |
| 15 | Around character Level 15 | +3 |
| 20 | Around character Level 20 | +3 |
| 25 | Around character Level 25 | +3 |

The exact quest name depends on the character's weapon class. The reward itself is the important part: each quest gives the correct weapon family for the character.

### Millena weapon quests

Millena versions are handled through the Millena-side Mission Messengers and their associated leveling areas.

### Rain weapon quests

Rain versions are handled through the Rain-side Mission Messengers and their associated leveling areas.

Because several Mission Messenger NPCs share the same displayed name, players should follow the quest marker on their own nation's maps rather than searching only by NPC name.

---

## 4. Level 30–45 S Weapon Series

After class change, a dedicated weapon series provides fully enhanced **S weapons** for Levels 30, 35, 40, and 45.

| Nation | NPC | Relevant area |
|---|---|---|
| Millena | Geren | Tough Wind Desert side |
| Rain | Coodalran | Esan Snow Area side |

The series provides four separate weapons:

- Level 30 S
- Level 35 S
- Level 40 S
- Level 45 S

These rewards are substantially better than replacing every weapon manually. Complete the full series even when character leveling is faster than the quest chain.

---

## 5. Level 55 and Level 60 Quest Weapons

The next major weapon rewards are class-appropriate S weapons.

| Weapon level | Nation | Quest NPC | NPC map | Reward |
|---:|---|---|---|---|
| 55 | Millena | Detruit Blodger | Haku | Level 55 S weapon |
| 55 | Rain | Louise Grace | Jede | Level 55 S weapon |
| 60 | Millena | Auhigen Routs | Haku | Level 60 S weapon |
| 60 | Rain | Luel | Jede | Level 60 S weapon |

The character-level requirement shown by the quest can differ from the weapon's usage level. For progression planning, treat these as the Level 55 and Level 60 weapon rewards.

Continue using the Level 60 S weapon until the Level 70 weapon becomes available, unless a suitable dropped or traded weapon is found earlier.

---

## 6. Level 70 Weapon

The standard Level 70 progression weapon is awarded at **+5**.

| Nation | Quest NPC | NPC map | Reward |
|---|---|---|---|
| Millena | Arebeth Wallen | Haku | Level 70 +5 weapon |
| Rain | Nanaa Paras | Jede | Level 70 +5 weapon |

Enhance this weapon through its remaining stages until it reaches **S**. A Level 70 S weapon can then be used for the Level 75 weapon transition.

The separate Level 70 rare weapon quest is intentionally excluded from this guide.

---

## 7. Level 75 Weapons

There are two valid acquisition paths.

### Path A — Enhance the Level 70 weapon

1. Obtain the Level 70 +5 quest weapon.
2. Enhance it to Level 70 S.
3. Use the required Level 7 weapon progression process to convert it into the Level 75 weapon.

This path rewards players who invested in their Level 70 weapon and preserves a continuous enhancement route.

### Path B — Lapse boss drop

**Bis XP 900** in Lapse can directly drop Level 75 weapons.

A dropped weapon can save the Level 70-to-75 transition, but its exact enhancement state and infused Elda properties determine whether it is better than the weapon already being used.

### Which path is better?

- Use the enhancement route when the Level 70 weapon already has valuable enhancements or infused Elda stones.
- Use a dropped Level 75 weapon when it saves significant resources or drops with a better ready-made configuration.
- Always compare both weapons before transferring additional resources.

---

## 8. Level 80 Weapons

Level 80 weapons drop from **Biskajellion** in Lapse.

Biskajellion is the final boss source for the normal Level 80 weapon tier. The base Level 80 weapon is obtained as a drop rather than through a normal nation quest.

Level 8 Weapon Order Stones are part of the Level 80 weapon progression environment, but the base Level 80 weapon itself must first be obtained from Biskajellion.

Before replacing a well-developed Level 75 weapon, compare:

- Enhancement stage
- Raw or mixed Elda infusion
- Offensive stat gain
- Cost of rebuilding the weapon
- Availability of Level 8 Weapon Order Stones

A strong Level 75 weapon can remain useful while the Level 80 weapon is being prepared.

---

---

## 10. Weapon Order Stones

Weapon Order Stones are named **Elrun Stones** in the item data. They are crafted at the nation's Arcbot.

| Nation | Crafting NPC | NPC map | Recipe type |
|---|---|---|---:|
| Rain | Arcbot | Rain Town | Type 8 |

## 11. Resource Planning

### Do not overinvest in temporary weapons

The Level 10–45 quest route provides strong pre-enhanced weapons. Spending large amounts of material on temporary dropped weapons is generally unnecessary.

### Save resources for the important transitions

The most important long-term investments are:

- Preparing the Level 70 +5 quest weapon
- Reaching Level 70 S
- Deciding between the Level 75 enhancement route and the Bis XP 900 drop
- Preparing a Biskajellion Level 80 weapon
- Gathering Harpia Tooth and Bis Core for high-level Weapon Order Stones

### Check every dropped weapon

High-level drops can already contain:

- Enhancement stages
- Raw Elda stones
- Mixed Elda stones
- A combination that would be expensive to recreate

A dropped weapon with the correct Elda infusion can be more valuable than a nominally stronger clean weapon.

---

## 12. Endgame Summary

1. Use quest weapons through Level 45.
2. Obtain the Level 55 S weapon from Detruit Blodger or Louise Grace.
3. Obtain the Level 60 S weapon from Auhigen Routs or Luel.
4. Obtain the Level 70 +5 weapon from Arebeth Wallen or Nanaa Paras.
5. Enhance the Level 70 weapon to S.
6. Convert Level 70 S into Level 75, or obtain a Level 75 drop from Bis XP 900.
7. Obtain the Level 80 weapon from Biskajellion.
8. Use the nation-specific Arcbot recipes to prepare the required Weapon Order Stones.
