# Chimera Online - Tutorial Guide

## Overview
All new characters begin in the Training Camp tutorial area.

Players receive a Training Weapon and are guided through the game's basic systems.

## Tutorial Start

### Rain
Speak with Illumi.

### Millena
Speak with Illena.

The first lessons teach:
1. How to talk to NPCs.
2. How to equip the Training Weapon.

## Combat Training

After the introduction, players move to the Training Grounds.

An instructor NPC provides combat lessons.

### Basic Combat
- Defeat training monsters using normal attacks.

### Combo Combat
- Learn the combo key system.
- Defeat additional monsters using combos.

Afterward, return to the Academy.

## Academy Lessons

The Academy introduces:
- Skills
- Gauges
- Basic combat mechanics

Players are then sent back to the training grounds.

## Skill Training

The next stage teaches:
- Skill usage
- Fighting stronger monsters
- Combining skills with combat

Tutorial quests continue until roughly level 10.

## Class Trials

Before selecting a permanent class, players may test every available class for their nation.

### Rain Classes
- Magician
- Shaman

### Millena Classes
- 1H Swordsman
- 2H Swordsman
- Archer

Each trial provides:
- Appropriate weapons
- Starter skills
- A chance to test gameplay

## Job Change

After choosing a class, the choice becomes permanent.

Rewards include:
- A basic weapon
- Starting Eld

## Leaving the Tutorial

Speak with the initial tutorial NPC to leave the Training Camp.

Players are transported to their nation's main town.

The Academy cannot be revisited afterward.

## First Town Quest

Immediately after arriving in town, continue the beginner quest chain.

### Millena
Speak with the Old Man.

### Rain
Speak with Luimi.

These quests:
- Introduce important town features
- Provide Fame
- Reward basic armor
- Help new players get established
