Level 30 Job Change Guide

At Level 30, every character can complete a class-specific job change quest.

Each class has its own trainer, quest names, required dungeon monsters, quest items, weapon or shield, and final trial. However, all eight job-change routes follow the same overall structure.

This guide explains the shared system. Use the class-specific guides for the exact monsters, item quantities, NPCs, and rewards for your class.

The job change is not completed through a single conversation. It is a short quest chain involving:

  1. your class trainer;
  2. a nation-specific intermediary NPC;
  3. a nation-specific dungeon;
  4. a class weapon or shield;
  5. a final combat or collection objective;
  6. a final evidence item.

The Dungeon Step

After delivering the trainer's message, the intermediary NPC sends the player to the nation-specific dungeon. The required monsters, quest items, and quantities depend on the selected class.

Millena

Rain

The exact monster and item requirements are listed in the individual class guides.

The Class Item Step

After completing the dungeon objective, Detruit Blodger or Luel gives the item required for the next stage of the job change.

Depending on the class, this may be:

Return this item to your original class trainer. The trainer then provides the final trial.

Do not discard, sell, store, or otherwise lose the quest item before returning it.

The Final Trial

The last stage takes place in the Level 30 outdoor area of the character's nation:

The exact target differs by class. The quest may require defeating a specific monster or collecting one or more linked evidence items.

Some quest descriptions mention completing the trial alone or in a party. These are descriptive lines and are not actual restrictions. The objective can be completed either solo or with other players.

The quest is completed by returning the required evidence item to the class trainer.

Recommended Preparation

Before starting the job change:

The quest requires travel between several maps, so checking the next objective before leaving an NPC can save unnecessary return trips.

Common Problems

The dungeon objective does not progress

Make sure that:

The intermediary NPC does not give the class item

The dungeon material quest must be completed first. Return with every required quest item and quantity.

The final monster does not complete the quest

The final step is usually based on a linked evidence item. Check that the item entered your inventory and return it to the class trainer.

The quest text says solo or party

There is no enforced solo or party restriction. Either method is valid.

A quest does not mention the dungeon clearly

The dungeon is unified by nation:
